Game Changer exists to create a safe place where teens can simply hang out — and where caring, trusted adults are always available to help with homework, navigating peer relationships, finding jobs, and figuring out life.
We don't force mentoring on anyone. Instead, we build a welcoming environment where real relationships form naturally and teens know they have adults in their corner when they need them.
A welcoming space where teens can be themselves, connect with peers, and know that trusted adults are nearby.
Mentors are on hand to help with schoolwork, study skills, and academic goals in a focused but relaxed setting.
We help teens find jobs and pair them with mentors in employment, education, and life skills.
From navigating friendships to building confidence, mentors walk alongside teens through the everyday challenges of growing up.

The Cascade Game Changer is a program of The Change System, a nonprofit technology platform dedicated to connecting communities with mentoring, enrichment, and service opportunities.
The Change System serves as our fiscal sponsor and provides the technology infrastructure — including the Game Changer mobile app — that powers check-ins, mentoring surveys, rewards, and communication at the teen center.
Through The Change System's NGEN platform, communities across Idaho and beyond can build their own mentoring ecosystems. Cascade Game Changer is proud to be part of this growing network.
